El Aquario or the Aquarium is another Tenerife classic dive sometimes known as the Rays or Stingray City. This is a small wreck, 30 minutes by boat, sunk on the sand next to a rocky reef where stingrays are regularly hand-fed by other dive centers. This is a fun dive and a "quick fix" if you want a guarantee to see some stingrays. There a hordes of common stingrays buzzing the divers and occasionally bigger rays like the butterfly or Atlantic come gliding by. Out on the reef and on the wreck itself there is a good chance to spot moray eels and a variety of other interesting marine life.
