Only 50 meters away from the coastline there is a rock named Roque de Bonanza, that is seated over a platform to 10m in depth at the coast side and more than 20m at the east side. The east side has several vertical drops, the deepest one for recreational divers at 20 meters going down for 60 meters.

Marine life such as trumpet fish, dusky groupers, comb groupers and queen triggerfish are common inhabitants. Further around the rock there is black coral, morays and lobsters being found in the crevices and rocks. There are also spiral tube worms at 20 meter over the second platform.
