Dive site Puerto de Rosario or El Castillo starts behind the pleasure harbor 400 m southeast of the breakwater. You will find a rocky barrier for a nice dive. It is a ridge where the top part is just 5 m below the surface falling eastwards little by little to 15 m and more.
Life forms: Over the platform there is a big colony of black long-spine sea-urchins, among the rocks and grottoes large dusky groupers and buried in the sand, common stingrays, and swimming around barracudas, white bream, zebra bream, parrot fish etc.
Dive: It starts at the cylindrical boiler of a sunken wreck 5m depth, visible from the surface, moving southerly till we rich the barrier we descent to 15 m following the outline eastwards down to 22 m, returning to the starting point by following the upper part of the ridge.
